The cottage is located in Riposto, in the province of Catania. This is a two bedroomed house with private garden, off–street parking and a terrace with breath–taking view of mount Etna. Situated close to the town centre and a five minute walk from the beach, the property was completely restored in 2008.

The house is available all year round for long or short term lettings. We do offer discounts for multiple weeks and months, as well as seasonal discounts. For a month-long rental, we offer a 20% discount in the summer season and up to 40% in the winter.

Riposto, Catania and Sicily

Sicily is suitable for any type of holiday. The landscape varies from sunny beaches with crystal clear waters to the rugged natural beauty of Etna volcano and Alcantara valley. The east coast offers the lively nightlife of Taormina along with incredible ancient Greek temples and ruins. On this island there are modern cities, such as Catania and Palermo, as well as towns and villages in which traditions and customs have been maintained over the centuries.

The house

Nudging 690 ft² this two double bedroom flat is arranged over the first floor while comprising large living room with three–seat sofa–bed, bathroom with shower and 540 ft² terrace. Fully functional eat–in kitchen with oven, freezer and fridge. Other features include colour TV, stove wood and electric heater. Also benefits from having off–street parking for two cars and private garden (approx 2150 ft²) with lemon trees.
